Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients 

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 2 tablespoons olive oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon paprika – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon black pepper – Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken dry with paper towels to help the seasoning stick and ensure even baking.

Instructions

Rub chicken with olive oil, then coat evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Remove chicken from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps retain its natural juices.

Slice, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with your favorite sides. Perfect for salads, bowls, or standalone meals.
