Air Fryer Zucchini Chips Recipe

Ingredients

– 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced – 1 tablespoon olive oil – ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon paprika (optional) – Salt and black pepper to taste – Cooking spray (for air fryer basket)

Thinly slice 2 zucchinis into even rounds, about ⅛-inch thick. Uniform slices help ensure crisp, even cooking.

Instructions

Toss slices in olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika (optional), salt, and pepper for a flavorful coating.

Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for crispier chips.

Place slices in a single layer in the basket. Cook at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.

Keep an eye on them in the last few minutes. Chips should be golden and crispy, not soggy or over-browned.

Let chips cool on a rack for 2–3 minutes. They’ll crisp up a bit more as they cool—perfect for snacking.
