Easy Grilled Cedar Plank Brie

Ingredients

– 1 wheel of Brie cheese (8 oz) – 1 cedar plank (soaked in water for 1 hour) – 1 tablespoon olive oil – 1 tablespoon honey (optional) – Fresh herbs (such as rosemary or thyme, optional) – Cracked black pepper (optional)

Soak cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour to prevent it from burning on the grill. This creates a smoky aroma.

Instructions

Heat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F). If using a gas grill, place the cedar plank on the grill while preheating.

Place Brie on the soaked cedar plank. Drizzle with olive oil and optional honey. Top with fresh herbs and cracked black pepper for extra flavor.

Place the cedar plank on the grill. Grill for 8–10 minutes, checking every few minutes. The Brie should soften and slightly melt.

Remove from the grill once Brie is soft and melted. The cheese should be gooey but still hold its shape in the rind.

Serve directly from the plank with crackers, sliced baguette, or fresh fruit. Pair with a crisp white wine or cider.
