Homemade Cosmic Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

For the Brownies: – ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted – 1 cup granulated sugar – ½ cup brown sugar – 2 large eggs – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – ¾ cup all-purpose flour – ¼ teaspoon salt For the Ganache Topping: – ½ cup heavy cream – 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips For Garnish: – 2–3 tablespoons rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips (or rainbow sprinkles)

Melt butter and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Mix until smooth, then spread into a lined baking pan.

Instructions

Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes. The brownies should be set but still soft in the center. Let them cool completely before topping.

Heat heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and glossy. Spread ganache over cooled brownies evenly.

Sprinkle with rainbow chips and chill for 1 hour. Slice into squares and enjoy the ultimate homemade cosmic brownie experience!

These brownies are ultra-dense, chewy, and chocolatey—just like the classic lunchbox favorite, but better because they’re made from scratch.
